Three wins from our last four starts after fielding vastly weakened lineups due to injury and promotion.

Good stuff.

Who were the best on field today, Joely?

I thought ZDC was best on ground.
Lead the team around really well especially with a core group of regulars out.

Also as I mentioned Kelepi was massive in the first half, and had a few strong second half runs, but wasn't given as many minutes in the second half.

Both wingers played really well also, Goodall played with class. And Lavaka finished really well ended up with 4 tries

Cheers mate!

Good to read that Dockar-Clay returned to form. He might have struggled a bit in recent weeks with the absence of Ryan Matterson but I believe he is making important steps towards rounding out his game this year.

Lavaka will probably be the one of the kids that we lose, which is a shame. He is a good prospect but I believe that the club has correctly identified Goodall as the better player.

We are currently first place in the Holden Cup pending Newcastle nabbing a win and/or the Dragons absolutely belting the Sharks.

Tepai Maoera go well? Guess it is hard to tell in a winning team who plays bad.
This looks like a great team thou.

We didn't play very well tonight either. Couple of our early tries were lucky tbh

I've said it before this team when full strength won't be beaten.

This is a very exciting time for our club, especially with the quality of juniors coming through.

Played well. Came up with the intercept when the cowboys were coming back to swing momentum back out way.

But as you said not many clear standouts when it wasn't the best performance

The score is very very kind to our guys tonight.

Ta for the updates Joely.

Great to read Kelepi is getting his strength and form back, he should feature in first grade again at some stage of the season.

No worries.
Wasn't the best updates but hopefully I did enough.

For mine Kelepi should be ahead of Peni and Allgood.
He is just a machine.

Anyone know how long he is signed for?

Newcastle getting carved up at home by the Tigers. If they lose we'll be top of the table (ahead of the Dragons on for-and-against).

The Knights have lost two straight before this game, so Jake Mamo has been a big loss. Maybe some other merkins too.

Didn't the same thing happen with that young front rower they pinched from us a few years ago - Mitchell Johnson or something.
