Just pointing out flaws in your reasoning and arguments. You are selectively blaming BA for things that you don’t blame others for.

Our regular season was good. Our finals was not. We just had 74 points put on us in 2 games. Getting bundled out in week 2 of the finals year on year is not what we should be aspiring to. And we have had improvements to the roster.

Not only that, we have a GM of Footy who overseers the squad and works with the coach and retention committee. The theory is that when the coach reaches his use by date we can simply unplug and slot in his replacement without having to rebuild and all those excuses that come with coach rotation.

Buckets is a impressive guy and worth a listen on the Talking with TK podcast.

Absolutely agree Gronky that this is how it should be. But is it? Unless its changed BA reports to the CEO not the HoF. I suspect this is changing though and so it should.
