Sorry Eelementary but I can’t get past the only mention of the edge defence is as a positive. I can see what the plan was but our edges were routinely exposed

I was referring specifically to our scrambling, which was pretty good throughout 2020.

I know what you mean, and I agree - overall, our edge defence was pretty poor.

When I write the end of season reviews, I have a word limit, and I sometimes cut things in the editing process that maybe I shouldn't have.

We conceded too few points for our edges to be shit. Our right side was only shit relative to our middle defence, which was very good. Our left was solid as well.

We’ve seen Gutho f^*k things up in the in goal. It happens. But not sure French was expecting it to hit the posts and have two unfavorable bounces
