No no apparently we’re continuing to pick Lussick and play Hands out of position in order to clear the decks for Mrthur. Wily nepotism by BA
Matt Arthur can play. He will end up being a very good player. Reminds me so much of Harry Grant. Just needs to put on some weight and improve defensively.

He looked small in the trials but then he got knocked out right?
From what was written, JA had a good footy brain but he was physically not optimum. He should be an assistant coach or strategy guy.

All this talk about the board , professional , and risk averse etc

Thought of the day “ who on this professional board thought it was a sensible idea to appoint a life member , and ex captain of a traditional and competitive rival club to oversee all recruitment decisions and had never had that responsibility before”

How has that worked out ?

Did he contribute to our recent premiership window? Or is he just the scapegoat for it closing?

You really think that’d be the same situation?
They were players who played in our lower grades who went to other clubs and was dynamite.
So if MA does become another Harry Grant and BA goes to Manly and brings his kid, it happens all the time

The best thing for MA would be to not go with his Dad, wherever that might end up being. We aren’t the only feral fans in the league plus we all know BA likes his 9s to play a different style to Matt. How ironic.

e) Last year, sanders was asked to stay and was told was 1st option when Moses got injured.
Wasn’t it reported that this was in the context of a contract extension? Surely being considered for first grade over other backups is contingent on agreeing to stay so another club doesn’t benefit from the development opportunity we give him.

Sanders isn’t even top 30. Asi, Talagi and Hands are all backup halves options with NRL experience. There’s no evidence we would go better with Sanders than with any of these three. Sanders hasn’t ever even won a reserve grade game.

He did not sign any influential player of that side, that’s the issue , for some reason he has not signed anyone playing regularly in the NRL, it’s all been moneyball , room for improvement players, stop deflecting every comment. It’s not about you trying to outsmart every poster, it’s where the club finds itself.

RCG wasn't wanted by the Panfers
Matto was another advantageous signing as he also wanted out of the Tigers.

Carry wasn't wanted by anyone.
Ice and Lane were another Moneyball signing

Junior wanted to come back to Parramatta.

No, he said he did not sign any influential player of the side that created our recent premiership window or that was playing regularly in NRL.

Cini had no role to play in getting us to the 2022 GF and the 3 semi finals series in a row before that, which we did after MON arrived in late 2018 and with the players I listed above.

Not sure think you are over reaching no one mentioned the 2022 GF in my post your post or dellys post.

So my question is which player has MON brought to the club that was influential at their current club and wasn't an advantageous signing..
