And even if there was a deal where he club hasn't been paying him (while Lane spent his time building up a business to launch), at what point do we call the mutual option for next year off, to get the earmarked $$$ back in our available cap balance.
Because I can't see a player on the board of the RLPA not being paid whilst they remain in the Top 30 squad.
