Who on here thinks that it will be better in 5 years time than it is now? I have my doubts.

It’s hard not to think that we had our window and will now taper off for at least a few years. Possibly longer.

I hope our new coach can make a difference but I think more needs to be done than just hiring a new coach.

I’d love to see a clean out at the top as well.
