A centre wasn't going to turn our club around anyway,at least we have some money in the basement for a hooker or better forwards now

Weilder is saying the deal was approved by the nrl it folau picked union. It's obvious that the bloke is just a money hungry piece of sh*t. Good riddance, don't want the scum near our code.

THIS!!!!

So his passion isn't in league........it is where the money is.

REGARDLESS OF AGENDA,

do you agree the salary cap FOR 2013 SHOULD have been sorted a f**king half year ago?

answer that without your judgemental horseshit attitude.

Mate, it was. $5 million.

The players are just cracking the shits and wanting more as usual.

Parra will see this as a mere speed-bump in the rear-view mirror.

Still, good times to come for your club without him.

Ricky would be yelling his little lungs out right about now.

Poor merkin doesnt realise this is a good thing. But still, look for him to blame very loss next year on the back of this.

So the ARLC are in discussions now with star players such as JT, Hayne, Cam Smith to 'finalize' the cap for 2013, or is that for 2014?

tbh mate, im just confused as f**k because i come on here and read different shit every day which contradicts what i read last week.

forgive me for not having a f**king clue as to what the f**k is going in this game.

Does he have 'passion' for union?

The Eels werent over the cap, Schubert would not allow Izzy to be regsietered for less than $400k, and the Eels had about $110k to offer

He is a complete knobhead (Schubert and Izzy are both included , oh and Grant too)

Embarrassing for the Eels who fawned over him like a 16 year old school girl only to see him turned by the big bucks again.

Funny how he was working to take 150k a few hours ago but turned for million instantly.

Who cares that he is not coming back. Did the game suffer when he left? No.

Not even slightly.

If it cutie I'd be disappointed as I genuinely enjoyed watching him play, however I always thought that folau was the most over rated player in the comp by a mile.

His possible return held zero Interest for me.

Let him go to union. It just enforces my opinion that he's a merc. A crop of excellent players are making a name for themselves in the positions Folau would have covered at club, state and international level. We don't need him.

How so?

If it were any other club you'd tell them to get f**ked.
You're really an expert on what I would do in a hypothetical situation? You are like those people saying "f*ck him" who would all welcome him at their club.

I cannot recall a player and a club agreeing to a price, and the NRL saying "I think he's worth more"!

Can you?

Looks like he was just wasting Parra's time.

Or he bided time until his manager got a better deal overseas.
Sounds like it, which is also sh*t. No one expects loyalty out of him any more than they do SBW, but after winning a spoon, signing him for three years with the hope he, Hoppa and Hayne would be at their best for the back end of 2014 was definitely a light at the end of the tunnel.

As it stands nothing is definite - he hasnt signed anywhere yet. We dont know whether the NRL has agreed to anything. When the smoke clears and the facts roll out we will be better placed to make a judgement then.

As it stands, though, the ARLC and Schubert have ballsed the whole salary cap process up and the Parra front office has looked as capable as a mesh umbrella.

As for Folau - no one could blame him for looking around to secure his 2013 if the plodders organising the contract cant promise he'll even have one by December 2012. But if the way is open to sign and play NRL with us, and he jumps at some larger overseas coin - then f*ck him.

The ARLC told the clubs to work with a $5 million cap. Fair enough yeah?

I can understand confusion. But your first mistake is coming here and expecting accurate information.

The only one here who is to blame I Isaac Moses. Folau, Parra and eventually the ARLC agreed to the deal. Folau just got greedy. We were a fallback option.

I wonder though if that's news to everyone. I thought that was pretty much accepted fact from the time he went to play fumbleball for the joke that is GWS.
