Tigers have 2 junior clubs to develop players and choose from yet still bought sattler, hodgson, moodie , richards , prince and so on. Just worry about your own club .

The Tigers had a losing culture and needed to bring in players that came from a winning culture so they bought those players..It seems parra go out and buy anybody and keep losing their own..

Mate I think you need to do some research of your own, because the Eels do infact develope their own!!!

But like most sides Balmain and Western Suburbs included players are released or other clubs snap up those juniors even before that club that they are playing for has had a chance to talk to them!

I think the word you shoud have used was retention or retain not develop ;-)
