I’m as pissed off as anyone but let’s be honest in our appraisal. We re-signed Paulo, RCG, Gutherson and Matterson. The jury is still out on Papali’i. So we’ve only really lost Mahoney and Niukore. That’s pretty good in terms of retention. If we retain Papali’i, Brown and Moses that would be outstanding.

I think Papa is gone unfortunately.

But he is really the only good talent we have lost .... a big loss though.

People bitch endlessly about mahoney ... but im assuming they include him in lost talent .... niukore is handy but totally replaceable

So with the complete capitulation of this footy teams and the fact we couldn’t retain the talent we wanted to, is there ANYONE left that still thinks it was a good idea to extend BA late last year?

But we needed stability and make no hasty decisions. Plus we have a coach who lives just 5 mins way. Imagine how shit we would be if he lived over an hour???

Whoever made the call to extend him should be the first person out the door. Closely followed by Cornholio himself.

Agree that Papa is gone. He is a huge loss. And Mahoney already has Belmore on his mind. He's got one foot out the door and I can't wait to see the back of the little shit. I disagree that Niukore is easily replaceable. We barely have a first grader on the bench. He is the only genuine one we have got .He covers middle, edge and centre if need be. That is not easily replaceable.

How much do you think he costs? .... if we wanna retain Drown and Moses (or have equivalent alternatives) then you need to find some cheapies to step up. Niukore has progressed past cheap
