This is a great point. Nobody has personified BA's genius "front loading effort and chasing the collision" philosophy more than Nrown. And it where has it left him? Seemingly broken and unwanted by the very architect of that game plan despite having re-signed him for 2 more years....

Penisini needs a rest his first full season of first grade and he is starting to tire which is fine all young players do.

Ok maybe today you have said you agree that his time may be up, but you have also basically said that there is noone available better than him.

Sure is, however so was every coach at one stage, even BA. The only head coaching experience he had prior to our gig was the 6 games with us at the end of 2012, Batemans Bay Tigers, Cairns Brothers and Melbourne U20's.
