I saw a challenge to the crowd figures, but the file attached could only be accessed by members. I already had all the figures except for '99 anyway, and found those on a site which I'll happily dig up if someone hounds me night and day for the next six weeks.

As for a rebuttal... give me time. It'll happen. ;-)

Congratulations El Garbo on a beautiful piece of research, however I believe you omitted one myth that needs debunking :

THE REFEREE HAS NOT BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY DRAGON LOSS SINCE 1921.

I have been told about one supporter who still blames the referee in the game when Melbourne put 70 odd points against them. :roll:

Thanks blueboatboy2, but that was truly my first post. I have been a long time reader of the forum without joining in, but thought it was time I contributed rather than just read everyone else's stuff. Any similarity is just coincidence. My post was inspired by El Garbo's masterpiece, I just thought I could carry it on a liitle further.
