Hi
Does anyone know the email address for Ben rogers who is
District Teams Coordinator
thanks
As Stagger said, you would be best served by ringing the Footy Office directly.
As of Tuesday 13th October 5 more Eels staff were made redundant. 2 from Marketing, 2 from Admin and Ben Rogers have all been advised accordingly.
Kevin Wise's role as such has also been made redundant however at this stage, Kevin will still be employed within the Club but as to what his Role/Title will be - it is yet to be announced.
Yeah I thought so too, and she was just a lovely girl to speak with.
Apparently she scored a role at ANZ stadium, so she isn't lost to the game entirely I guess, she would just have heaps of other things on her plate as well
I don't know the names of the other 4, but considering the size of those Teams, it would be fairly easy to have a guess as to who may have received notice - either it is sad that it has happened.
In Marketing that would be Aaron and Peta? If so that is interesting, considering some of the rhetoric from Brett Kenny I think it was saying during or on the day of the elections "Steve Edge does a great job, just needs more help"
Making Marketing positions "Redundant" seems to say he doesn't need more help?
I am sure this will be seen as a "MITS still supports the Old board" post but I am actually quite interested in the happenings at the club, and I am just wondering how the club moves forward with Marketing, an area we all gnashed out teeth over, for the past few years, with now effectively no staff?
Who says they've made it redundant?

Plenty of options open for them now, if they didn't think they had the right people in the first place.
It's all a part of the change, and they will be judged accordingly all in good time.
Don't forget, this board will be up for re-election in less than two years.
People will want to see progress.
Suity
That would be Planet.
Oh no doubt there was always going to be changes, but with a "Redundancy", it is normally not a "We don't think you are the right person for the job" moment it is, "we don't think your job is required". Which seems to make Brett Kenny's comments, slightly Hypocritical does it not?
