Please, you know full well that the George Illawarra have possibly the weakest pack in the NRL. And M Cooper's only starting due to injuries. They were well and truly owned by Sydney City last week.

I'm surprised and disappointed none of our Aussie friends haven't tried to push for Josh Hodgson in the England squad.

^ The bloke who wrote that article probably hasn't watched the NRL all year.

The sad thing is McNamara will probably pick him too, the guy is pathetic and creams his pants over anything even slightly Aus-related, he picked Chris Heighington FFS so I wouldn't be surprised to see Cooper starting all the matches, and Josh Hodgson replace Roby as first choice hooker in 2015.

I'll be interested to see how Joel Tomkins is playing when the finals come around, just watching him against Hull KR you can see he is getting back into the swing of RL and he could be a real asset if he gets back to his best.
He is big and mobile and a strong defender.

J Tomkins is a second rower.

Cooper's prob was always consistency. If he gets that, and he looks like he is, then he is easily the match of most forwards in England.

Everyone who laughs needs to name who is better.
Peacock, Graham, burgess and Hill I will grant you.

He often got the better of crabtree, saints pack are not close, last year he monstered them all, Leeds less peacock have nothing, the hull clubs are a joke. Maybe huby at cas?

He would be best as the back row sub on the bench though.

He has improved his mistake rate and has been impressive albeit in a minimalist role. His role is to tackle and to hit it up with energy and grab metres. He does it well.

If Frankie Mariano keeps improving, does anyone else think he is an outside chance of a place in the squad ?

He has great attributes to play at International level, good size and speed for a back rower and Westwood is looking done and dusted so there will be a couple of spots available.
