I dont think the answer is to bring back the Magpies, but I agree that they should rework the brand. Rather than doing a 50/50 split if the brand or just ditching one entirely, they should find a brand that captures both clubs.

Id say:
- West Sydney Founders (Balmain and Wests were both in the NSWRL first season)
- West Sydney 1908s
- West Sydney United

Then do a logo with a tiger and a magpie (like a coat of arms)


as for the Grounds, now that the board is not split, surely they can create a unified vision rather than a permanent compromise

Barnes Holman group owns Wests Ashfield but also other non Magpies branded assets. They are not
Western Suburbs Magpies but rather an entity that sits above Western Suburbs, Wests Ashfield
Croyden Sports, Markets Club and yes Wests Tigers NRL Club.

No one is going to undermine the primary strength of the branding, which is Tigers.

The NRL and Wests Tigers should refuse further accreditation to any journalist who knowingly
