They actually used to do something like that a few years ago, it was called something like Vellas Fellas. The kids used to be chosen at the end of each month or fortnight by the teachers and principal. My daughter got 4 tickets to see the eels and she also received a bag with a mini ball and some stickers, she also got to meet Michael Vella and a few of the other players. My kids had a ball and I dont know why they stopped it .

Just straying off topic for a minute, Michael Vella pulled off the second best tackle I've ever seen.

Unfortunately I can't remember who it was on or even what side it was against!! But we were defending right on our tryline and one of the opposition big men absolutely hurled himself full pelt at Vella who was standing on the line. Vella smashed him, stopped him absolutely dead when he was certain to crash over.

Keep the Parra Parra Chant Song, otherwise have a new and improved one thats Parramatta Eels related.

Why pick a rock or pop song that may or may not fire us up thats got nothing to do with the Eels?

Others clubs do it so what, Panthers changed theirs to Hells Bells cause their Panthers one was sh*tt.

We've barely changed ours cause its one of the best club songs.

I remember last year we played Bob Sinclair's remix of Everybody Dance Now, and was terrible.

The entrance song should always be "Parra Parra" cause I always get fired up everytime I hear that song and Im sure it would fire up our Eels. It will never out date.
