Not so much fitness, but nutrition, training programs, recovery, physiotherapy, etc etc.. fitness is the job of trainers, he will do more than that.

Fitness and rehab are all important, the knights have gone to well into the top 8, from wooden spoon last year due to the fact we now have decent staffing and facilities to keep our cattle fit.
