Euro tournaments are always tough. In fact, I almost like it better than the WC because there's no dead wood to be seen, like the shit that gets in from asia etc... Seriously, looking at the 16 teams you can never really name a weak side. Sadly though, this will be the last ever tournament like this. Euro 2016 in France will have 24 teams....
