Portugal seems to be on top at the moment, leading 2-0.
Shame this wasn't one of the games ESPN were showing live.

Seemed like two ripper goals from Ronaldo (a free kick), and a great strike from Nani.

Bosnia goal! back in...

oh the nerve of Pepe and Ronaldo to abuse the linesman instead of their dumb-as-pig-shit defender who decided it'd be a good idea to handball it in the box...

Portugal 2-1 Bosnia at the break...

I was gonna switch to Colombia vs Argentina (0-0 HT) for the second half, but there's no way i can leave this match now, gonna be an awesome second half!...

EDIT: Colombia score on the stroke of HT!!! 1-0...

man, if only i could stream two matches at once!

The pot seedings are up for the Final draw on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UEFA_Euro_2012_seeding):

Pot 1: Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Holland.
Pot 2: Germany, Italy, England, Russia
Pot 3: Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Sweden
Pot 4: Denmark, France, Czech Rep, Ireland

Based on this, the ultimate group of Death I reckon would be Spain, Germany, Portugal, France.

Would be funny if Spain, Italy, Greece and Ireland were drawn together. Should be called the 'Group of Debt' rather than group of death.

The Netherlands got destroyed this morning aswell. I'd be more worried about the Czech's than the French at this stage who are nothing short of a rabble.

Ukraine will make a fight of it but Poland will be canon fodder. Poland/Germany for sure

It's always hard to guage anything from a friendly. If the matches last night had have actually meant something, the Germany/Netherlands and England/Sweden would have been two great match ups...

I don't think either host nation will progress, but I don't think they'll be cannon fodder either. There are rarely blowout scores in Euro's, just WC where you have all the shit from Asia getting too many places...

These seedings are f*cked. How can Denmark and France be place below Portugal and Croatia!? Teams that had to play off to get there??

I like it, topical and funny. Top grade for you sir.

Looking at those seeds, their isn't going to be a group of death. They are all going to be difficult. Thats an awesome tournament in the making.

Spain and Germany are red hot favourites you would have to say.

Difficult to see anyone else winning it, but who knows.

I'll go in with the belief that Portugal can get the job done, when needed.
Should be a good Euro 2012!

Just hope that it's not only Setanta that gets the rights for it.
Won't be pleased if that's the case.

It's based supposedly on points gained during the qualification and finals of the last 3 major tournaments (Euro 08, 2010 WC, Euro 12 Qual.). So given France didn't win a game at either Euro 08 or the WC, they've been penalised for it.

A fairer system would've been the current FIFA rankings as they're based on how teams are performing now, not on what they did +4 years ago.

Euro 2012 draw on tomorrow (or saturday morning not sure) and everyone seems to be in agreement on the toughest overall group but what about the toughest tournament?

Poland, Russia, Croatia, Czech Republic
Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Denmark
Spain, England, Portugal, Republic of Ireland
Ukraine, Italy, Greece, France

That'd make for an interesting tournament.

A bizarre thing is you could almost replicate Euro 2004 and if the seedings were in better shape you could get the entire Group A together.

Poland, England, Croatia, France
Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Czech Republic
Spain, Russia, Portugal, Republic of Ireland
Ukraine, Italy, Sweden, Denmark

I'd love to see that happen
