You are, of course, talking about Scotland. I have deduced this by the fact that a cup is circular, as is a tyre, and the pneumatic tyre was invented by John Boyd Dunlop, a Scotsman. (The fact that the first Dunlop plant was in Dublin, and the second in Birmingham, is irrelevant!) :sarcasm:
