There's no noise coming from any of our surplus halves so that's a sign we have turned this club around.

I was unsure about his signing originally, but lately I’ve started to think he’ll be massive for you.

You’ve got some talent coming through, but seem to lack direction and leadership at times.

He should go a long way to helping with that
