Fielden starts boxing career

Should be a short lived career
I can see it now, Stu shapes up, does his usual c**k of the right arm and then doesn't throw it. All over red rover.

Fielden lost alot of respect this series

Spot on, and not because of the cowardly Mason ambush either. He was generally off form and crap. Tried to defend him after the first GB-Aus game but should have been obvious he wasn't firing. He shouldn't have gone on tour because we left decent pack players back in GB that could have done the job.

He's got nothing.

Look at what the NRL did for Morley. I agree with Fool Gould with the fact that he is a cut above the rest of his countrymen. Peacock goes alright though...

Fielden is a much better player than Peacock. Don't write him off because of one tour, he has been GB's best consistently, bar Sculthorpe and he is a fine player.

The death of his mother on the eve of the tour didn't help, that kind of loss can be too much when things don't go too well on the field. At least he had the guts to finish the tour and not run off home to cry like Long did.

He is a better forward than anything in the Australian squad thats for sure.
