Fifa 14 & Pro Evolution 2014

Ive been playing fifa quite a bit. My fifa 14 ultimate team is shockingly. One thing I like is that they have removed the formations so no more buying 4312 cards at ridiculous prices.

headers are crazy in this game. Playing online ive seen one goal from a shot and tge rest from corners and guys crossing. Imo... they are way overpowered. Defenders get beat by much smaller players.

Sounds like 11 or 12, one of those two basically made it so any team could score goals in droves through crosses.

Yeah its pretty overpowered but in terms of general game play its quite good.

some players are selling at crazy prices.

also disconnecting online regardless whether its within the first 5 minutes will be an auto loss...very annoying as we now have to play through lag games

Lewandowski is a monster in the FIFA 14 demo. It's a shame he's worth like 80K in FUT 14 atm because I really wanted to build a team around him.

cisse at the front with demba ba likely to join him in a few minutes.
Zogbia in the, anderson, maverux and nolan in the mids and a whole bunch of shit defenders with krul in keeper.

Gotta fix my defenders soon

I always struggle to get coins for FUT and give up after a couple of weeks. Cannot understand how people do it.

Plugged in a solid 2 hours, managed to assemble a decent little Spanish based squad. Going to be an interesting day tomorrow.

Made myself a budget Series A team. Will be giving it a go today.

I think this will be the first FIFA I'll be buying points for UT. I couldn't be bothered trading my way up for weeks and weeks to get a really good team.

Even the graphics are worse. I can't stand it. Fifa 13 so much better.

Does it get better. I've played about 5 games and am so bored of it.

I disagree, I think it feels awesome. At first I found it hard to score goals, but the playing engine seems much more realistic than ever before. No more pace whores.

Sold my squad and building a Brazilian team for now. Took all day but I'm pretty happy with the squad as it stands, time to jump in and start playing some matches.

There is more emphasis on first touch control to execute turns, you can still turn very quickly with the right players.

Fifa 14 is a lot more realistic in that it's not all about pace. Players with strength and a midfield with good passing and technical ability is really important now. In FIFA 13 the best way to win was to use 5 at the back and lob pass all game to pacey wingers and/or strikers. It was still pretty fun, but a bit too arcadey imo.

I prefer the dribbling in FIFA 14, too. It's definitely hard to get use to, but it feels fine after a while. Overall, the game is pretty good imo. Finesse shots and crossing are seriously OP though and need to be nerfed.

Yea I agree. Whilst slower it a generally plays better.
