On the question posed...

On the field I would keep Wade+Lichaa.

The team just seems more balanced and we've seen what we do with props. Taga looked great in the 9's he could be the next prop off our production line. Took a while, however he's position was never really cemented until last year.
Snowden went from nothing to NSW/Aus player and we haven't skipped a beat without him.

Off the field though, I'd have to go with Fifita. He is our first real marketable player (Beau excluded). The kids love him, the press loves him and most importantly, the highlights reel loves him. In this time of hardship, we need popularity just as much as performance and he brings both in spades.

On Lichaa's potential demand and talking out my ass here, I wonder if he's made that call based on what he saw happening with some of our other juniors?

No , we are saying that they were all Roosters fans.

You win, we lose. You're the bestest, we're not worthy of your presence.

Roosters are the cleanest, salary cap abidingest & we sniff poo.

You're most welcome in this forum & your input is valued.

Sharks skipper Paul Gallen says off-contract forward Andrew Fifita is better off sticking with the NRL next year, because he won't have any fun in rugby union.

Fifita is reportedly mulling a lucrative switch to union when his contract with Cronulla expires at the end of the season, and NSW Waratahs coach Michael Cheika has already expressed interest in the Blues and Kangaroos forward.

The 24-year-old has a background in rugby, having played back-row in the Brumbies academy as a youngster, and the Australian Rugby Union is believed to be keen to bankroll a move for him.

But Gallen says he expects Fifita will remain in the NRL beyond this season – though whether he re-signs with the Sharks is another story.

"I had a good chat to him the other day. I said to him, 'Mate you don't want to go to rugby union'," Gallen told the SportsFan Clubhouse on Thursday night. "He said [jokingly], 'It's only for two years!'

"I don't think he'll have fun in rugby union. You should see him in training. He's all about having fun - he's the life of the party, the loudest bloke in the group.

"I don't think he's going to be able to express himself in rugby union.

"I don't think he'll go. But I wouldn't say I'm 100 percent confident he's going to stay with Cronulla."

f**k gal!!!
If he ain't playing for us let him go to union.
Do we really want him destroying us at shark park while in a roosters or rabbits jersey???

Go to union fifita - play a World Cup - get to travel.

first signs that gal is not our main negotiator anymore or just seemingly doesnt care as he is concentratin on other things in his life now?

last year he would have said "im 100% certain he is staying wth us"

Why the f**k are people on here suggesting Gal doesn't care anymore?

The bloke aint perfect (his seeming obession with SOO bothers me a little) but f**k me the bloke is a one club player, for many years was pretty much our only good player and I have never seen him do anything other than put in 100% when wearing the black white and blue. The man is a sharks legend.
