Ben Ross on nrl.com said he thinks Fifi will go elsewhere because of the $$$. Doubt that he'd have more inside knowledge than Gal though (who hasn't let on that he knows if he's staying or going)

Why didn't we offer him a contract at the start of last year than we wouldn't be going through all of this.

I'm pretty certain that the Tigers stopped paying part of Gibbs & Hino's contracts at the end of last season, and Fifita you guys would've only got 1 year of coin for from the Tigers, and even that was small bikkies, cos he was only on 80k from memory at the Tigers then.

Beau agreed to stay at the club but his contract was never finalised & he got tired of waiting for that to happen, rightly so too.
