We are getting on top of the Warriors physically. They were out on their feet for the last 15 minutes of that half.

Our goal line defence still looks shakey.

Hope Cleary is ok. I assume Maloney will take over the goal kicking.

Both halves look good so far. Havent won yet. But this balance so far is great.

The superb short kicking from our halves tonight highlight the abject stupidity of Hook banning them from doing it earlier in the year.

We haven't been that flashy, but we've been disciplined and pegged the Warriors in their half when given the opportunity. Very impressive.

All those dumb merkins who thought we f**ked up sacking Hook. Without him results havent changed.

We've just matched his peak seasons without him and can still potentially go further.

We beat Storm without him. He never has. We won week 1 of finals with our best game since 2016 against Bulldogs.
