Technically Baz resigned so Madge will be first coach sacked.

The old "we'll let you resign to make it look better"

Coal mines do it when they need to sack someone but like them lol, just looks better on Barretts resume.

Most 'difficult' employees who are asked to resign at least can go on and find another job as any information about their poor performance isn't usually publicly accessible.

Trent's 34 wins from 107 games at two different clubs is out there for everyone to see. He should have stuck around and waited for his payout IMO.

He should have stuck around at Manly because they had a quality roster coming through.

Holbrook looked like he was ready to resign last night in the press conference, without saying it he was basically suggesting that as a coach, he did all that he could do to get the team into a winning position, the rest was on them and their stupid penalties.

It just shows how political some people involed within the NRL are, all saying Barrett was a great cosch yet Mick Potter has done more in two weeks that Barrett did in two seasons

I don't see Nathan Brown lasting the month either. It's looking more and more like there's serious problems at the Warriors between ownership/management and the coach & players. I reckon he'll jump if he isn't pushed.

Fox Sports claiming Brown not willing to commit to living in Auckland permanently. Willing to remain until his contract is up at end 2023.

Not sure he needs to take a stand like that.
