I'm not sure. I think not. I have a strong hunch Warren Ryan was sacked three times, and there were probably some who were in the dim past who we don't have the memory to recall. Would certainly be the most recent.

His early years seem to have been replaced. Penrith Canberra

I would say he was sacked at the Cowboys / Tigers /Hull KR / Widness even though it says he resigned.
