I see the Wicks love is continuing...though in recent weeks it hasn't meant he has played any more minutes than he has when coming off the bench!

Good to see Scotty get another go at the #7, hope he picks up a bit this week. Hilder AND Bailey on the bench too, but as always I guess we can expect a change or two even if Gidley/Buderus/Simmo come through SOO ok.

Seems like a much better side, who should be able to win easy. Hopefully all of them back up without injury and we run over the cowboys like a few years back.

Wouldnt mind a little less Ciraldo and Wicks shouldnt be starting but what the hey, probably see a different team run out to what has been named anyway.

Seriously though, its arguably the strongest side we've put on the park for a while. Only Cross is missing IIRC. Still, our record outside NSW over the last few years remains a concern.

The little i have seen of Abes this year he looks to have lost some bulk and looks a bit more agile for it.
It's like not training so hard in the off season has been a good thing for him.

Its a bit far out to say at the moment but there might be a very rare shower or two hanging around Townsville next Monday - given June is one of the 4 months of the year where they typically get no more than 10mm...(ie: no weather) its quite a bold forecast to make 6 days out!

Shouldn't be particularly windy though, well not like it will be on the NSW coast this weekend Might be a big east coast low bombing off the Sydney/Hunter/Mid North Coast on Saturday! At this stage its just likely to be very windy down your way (and up here in Bris too) with no rain deluge.
