They already have and spoke about it at the Start of this Finals Series. But it is obviously lost on everyone and only came back to the fore with the Bad Crowds, which everyone in league is talking about and trying to find a way to resolve.

David Gallop is Only saying he will listen to people about putting Finals Back on a Sunday Afternoon. But next year we might be like Melbourne This year and not have a Final at all.

Well, if we are fair dinkum about being the National Rugby League, so be it.

Otherwise, we might as well just go back to the NSWRL.

To the issue with Timing from Colonel and Fish.

Would either of you be interested in a comment like this after the Grand Final. Would it get as big a response then as it does now after we have just seen what would have to be the Most Piss poor crowd in Finals History?

And if we were running a Home Finals Series, You Still would have gotten 33,000 on a Friday to the SFS unless you played it on a Saturday that was going to be your limit.

You would have gotten 29,000 to The Knights at Newcastle, but the bigger thing would have been that the House Full sign would have gone out.

This weekend if we were playing Home Semi's you would have gotten either 16,000 at Olympic Park or Maybe 20,000 at Telstra Dome, but it would have looked empty because it is a 55,000 seater. The Dogs would get 35,000 or more to their game and because the only use the Bottom Bowl and Level 1 and 3 Corp Facilities, it will look full as well. Hell last year we got 41,000 at the same game and we were playing the Cowboys.

Grand Final week is the Time for these Stories, not this week, IMO.

And this is why the NRL struggle when it comes to marketing the game - they only worry about the one big game and not the build up before hand.

The answer to that would be yes.

Afterall, isnt Fitzy the master of getting people to talk League when no-one is interested?

Just on Melbourne and Olympic Park. The Victory sold out their A-League match on the weekend, and have now cracked 10,000 memberships. That new stadium can't come quick enough for them down there...

I would. Others might not be. If the NRL took their heads from out of their own arses for five minutes and actually got real about promoting the finals football rather than sitting back and doing nothing then we wouldn't have to be talking about it at any stage.

Sould we then be called the ORL or Oral. Ociania Rugby League.

Then you could See the People in the Island and Papua upset they don't have a team in the ORL.

Maybe the TSRL, Tasman Sea Rugby League. But that may exculde anyone Not near the Tasman Sea like Canberra or Even Us.

Do you have an alternative?

And already they are attempting to have its capacity increased.

We shouldn't be stuffing around with stupid comments from Fitzgerald. We should be promoting the game, because we have some serious competition out there.

That's it in a nutshell.

Come September, they are complacent because they know they've got the big gun to fire on the long w/end.

Personally, I think they way the game and it's personalities are sold has really gone down the jack crapper over the last couple of years, after the initial success of the hoodoo gurus song

Well, last week....I'd have been happy to play that at Newcastle. Like I said earlier, home city advantage through to the Grand Final.

Well they can't play at the Dome all year either because it needs time to "Recover"

They could do what they do in the lead up to the Grand Final for the whole of the finals rather than one week for a start.

And the novelty of finally having a stadium of a capacity of worth. It's now time to try and fill the f**ker.

Swannies anyone?

I understand that Mark.

I wonder if we would have got more buses from Newie if the game was played during the day, and families weren't going to be getting home around midnight?

Explain. . .

Please I am being Serious.

So they should have Qualifying Finals Breakfasts ? Put more Pages in the paper because the are Focusing on 4 teams and not two.

Do you think the Public could stand reading the same Stuff over and over about a team for 3 Weeks Straight if the Make the Grand Final?
