I hope its not Dean Young. He might prove to be a good coach one day but he needs to go somewhere else and get some experience under a decent coaching structure.

What worries me if he is appointed caretaker coach is the boys will win one game against the Titans and he will be extended on a 3 year contract. This is the way we seem to do things.

It’s still better than what we got

He’s untested so maybe, maybe not. We can’t keep going down this road. This next decision will set us up for a decade. With so many players coming off contract in 2021 and a host of good juniors coming through and evidently getting antsy it is essential we get someone in starting from 2021 that can identify problem areas and attract and recruit to suit. Develop and bring on the young guys and decide who stays and who goes.
