This should have been looked at a long time ago no wait till it go out of hand. It is ridiculous now how players can just request leave and if they don't get it kick stones. THere should be a minimum 12 month period if a player requests to leave on medical grounds being mental illness etc and they should be then placed in a type of salary cap at the end of the season where it is out of the bottom 4 clubs to sign them and no other.![]()
