Flanno hasn't stopped at Guler.
Hard to tell with written words that you are "screaming" but at the very least, you are banging on and all comments from you about Guler since signing, is that he is ordinary. Saying something over and over doesn't make it so. Guler, when given the opportunity, has performed well. He has a high tackle efficiency, good metres per carry, has offload ability, is big and strong, but due to Canberra being strong with their middles and Ricky doing what he does if you aren't on his favoured list, he hasn't had the opportunity to progress. Barring injury and/or suspension, I think that will change at the Dragons.

All well and good to say that Guler will block the young forwards, but a healthier environment for young forwards is always to be eased in and have some older hard heads there to help you transition into 1st Grade

It's not anyone's fault but his if a seasoned and respected coach like Sticky overlooks him for better options most of the time. Stop blaming others for Guler's failure or simple lack of quality.
To say he hasn't had the opportunity to progress is just mindless. He's had 7 years to stand up and force his way into the team but he hasn't and most weeks he plays reserves. That's it, a handy back up, nothing more. Plus his stats are very average.
I tell you what though, if my posts upset you, there's an ignore button somewhere.

Just looked this up. He started at Saints, then went to Canberra, Wests and then back to us. I had no recollection of that first stint which was 1981-83. Anyway - I’ll get off this tangent …..

Guler is a decent signing. He's not amazing but he's a decent prop that will be a good bench forward for us. If we keep Francis Molo then i like the Guler signing even more as there will be more quality and competition at prop. We just have to re-sign Jacob Halangahu and Finau Latu for at least another 2 years. We can't lose them

I don’t agree with much said in these forums, but different views in themselves are fine. It would be a boring forum is we all thought the same, then it would just be updates.

what I dislike is when a difference in opinion suddenly gets into a pissing match. Occasionally it’s entertaining, but mostly it’s just a lot of BS to scroll thru for me. People here still think your argument is correct if you can “win” the pissing contest.

For instance, I’m still hopefully that Lawrie will turn it around and play like 23. you Don’t have to agree with me, I know it’s so far against forum opinion. So I said it a few times and moved on. I’m not trying to piss anyone off, and I definitely don’t Change my pov because somebody says nasty things about my mother or sexuality.

Deep breaths, we (mostly) all want Dragons success.

I also think we're going to need Eisenhuth's hard work in defence early in the year. His work at lock at the end of last year went unnoticed a bit, long minutes, big tackle counts were much needed. It wasn't his fault we fell short in those last 3 games that's for sure.

Eisenhuth. I like him. Always on the ball. Nice try off Lomax against Canberra in the last round thru just being a cattle dog.
