Parramatta seemed to be that feeder club now, reports moses wants out.
The club is spiralling down the failed tube rapidly. Management at that club is pretty bad and Ryles has a tough future there. Lomax - what have you done???? You love the Dragons and you toss us and join this rabble of a club just because you want to box! You should give yourself a left and right upper cut mate.

Panthers were shit before they became a destination club. They did the hard work through junior & senior development. They got a great coach too then were able to nail a few recruitment decisions, not big name guys but the likes of Maloney & Capewell to instil winning habits & professionalism into the younger players.

We haven't done any of that until now, we're starting to get junior development on the right path & we've got a good coach in Flanno. There's steps to the process, we need to be realistic. Too much carry on about other clubs who have successful systems established.

True. Penrith in 2019 had a better lineup than us and still went worse than we have so far this year.

No NRL club would succeed without a competent Recruitment/Retention team.

They had the nucleus of their stars in 2019 and finished on 24 points on the ladder, which we currently are on with 6 more games to play.

I think that their worst year from 2014 to now was the 2019 year when they finished equal 10th. They have been pretty good for most of the past decade and more so in the last 4 years.

If they were the Dragons I of course would have had a great big smile every footy season since 2014 even though missing out in finals in 2019.

You’d think with Cowboys playing in Sydney last night things might move along - don’t know if any 10-day cooling off involved? Plus other clubs have been doing business without media being aware or making it public. (AFB, Talagi just to name 2)

I know Flanno has been guilty in the recent past of talking too much about recruits that don't sign.. but openly hypothesising about positions etc is even more confident that usual. You'd have to say he's signed, right?
I honestly think he was just answering the questions.. plus they bought up whether Sloan was still the longterm fullback.. which he answered the only way he could...

It seems like it depends on the situation.. I thinnk clubs are happy to waive the 10 days for players they want gone, the Blaize one just seems like they are pi$$ed off, but maybe they think they can turn him around still.

Holmes is a tricky one.. the narrative from a lot of ppl including the Cowboys is hes 'testing his value' which I would believe if the cows cap was under control.. but given their situation and that Val is nrly 30 and struggling in defence.. AND all their young guns rdy to come in.. it just makes more sense if he leaves for all parties..

Well if Val wants to stay in FNQ, target the young and the restless coming through…
