Really like what Cook said here about Gutho and getting Dragons back in the finals and going to pre-season training straight away.

Love that his tournament is back in the gong also, hopefully he embraces his junior club.

I think tomorrow is the Friday he is referring too, iirc the 15th was the first official day of pre-season, Gutho will probably be there at every training session from now, Cook played Prime Ministers XIII so dunno..

Definitely did sound like he would enjoy being captain, but as long as he and Gutho have a good relationship, thats the main thing.. they are our 2 voices.

We all know the negativity around Ben Hunt wanting to leave over the last couple of years has been a drama we could've done without. And we all feel more optimistic about things now he's left.

But the idea that when he first joined he never spoke about the Dragons as "we" is just ludicrous.

This constant pile-on and attempts to find new ways to demonise him has become so boring. It's childish and we need to move on.

I think I need to disagree with you on every point, he never invested himself into the Dragons, he never assimilated to the Dragons fans, he was never a team player nor a leader. As for demonising him, well I think he brought that on well and truly on himself by the carryon's of how he wanted to leave , his love of Hook and everything else he did to the detriment of the team and the club. My god, we even have the media now telling us how uninvested he was in the total Dragons concept, 7 million dollars of fraud is what I relate it to. And I wouldn't be calling his selfishness and his inept performances especially at end of this season a childish way to look at it, he deserves everything he gets and more

Not sure what you're disagreeing with. I'm not arguing with the fact that he didn't play well enough for us and obviously didn't want to be there for the last couple of years and played up like an idiot.
My point is that it's impossibly to even log in to this forum without having to read someone's regurgitated boring whine about this bloke every 10 minutes.
We can't even celebrate and enjoy these new signings without someone bringing him up again as a source of comparison. I mean the fact that you felt the need explain to me how much you despise him and why, as if I haven't had these thoughts myself and had to read them 1000 times already.
Sorry if I'm sounding fed up I'm just over him and the never-ending conversation about him.
