Very pissed off to hear the lenghts that Flanno went to the saying "whatever it takes '' certainly applies to Flanno. I thank you for delivering our maiden premiership,You have a great talent for picking up bargains from other clubs Prior and Lee and Woods standout . Am genuinely amazed the Sharks made the 8 with Robson at half. You are the only Sharks coach that I nave never felt out of a game either defending a slim lead at half time or behind. Hopefully you pick up another coaqhiing role in some capacity you certainly deserve it

I'll miss Flanno. But i am keen to see what sort of footy we can play under a different coach.
Well currently the interim coach was Flannos understudy who is coaching Flannos squad. So unless a broom is put through the place ,Flanno ball still rules

We’ll have to wait and see but John’s Footballing influence over a 300 game (first grade) career might be a bit broader than a few years with Flanno.

He might even have some independent thought.

Matt Elliott would seem to be a better prospect than the other supposed options. His football knowledge is impressive.

HOWEVER, ha has failed at Penrith and the Warriors (was he at the Raiders, as well?)

Maybe his ability to transfer that knowledge to the players is an issue..?!?

Was at the Mucus many years ago. His brother was an original Raider and he coached for quite a while. He lived literally across the road. Incredible knowledge of the game. His style doesn't suit everyone though. Very laid back and some players errantly take advantage of that non confrontational nature is my guess. Some feggers need to be yelled at constantly. Be an awesome tactician for us.

John Morris is everything we need at a cheap price and has experience with our youngsters. It is a no brainer.

If we aren't talking to Adam O'Brien then we might as well give it away. Learnt his trade under Bellamy then went to the Roosters and helped them dismantle Bellamy in the GF.

I’d like to see how Johnny Morris goes first and if he’s no good then we move in for this other bloke. Sounds like he has a good understanding of how Bellamy works and he will definitely be a key contender once again.

I think this year is O'brien's first at the Roosters.

So he was at the Storm when they were dismantled by the Roosters.

The club ain’t got no money.
Spend the flanno money on resources to help.
We're in the elite national RL comp.

We aren't buying cars where we just buy a cheaper option to just get us around.

We want supporters to games.
We want sponsors.
We want media coverage.

All that comes from one thing.
Success.

Despite all the shit and carry on over this offseason we cant lose sight of the main thing...we have one of the very best rosters in this comp.

This is a squad capable of winning it - combined with some elite youth talent.

I would dedinately go the first year coach option.
Obrien. Demetriou. Morris.

3 guys busting for a chance. They will do it for less and will move heaven and earth to prove themselves.
Maybe be long term.
Build a dynasty.

Who has the best qualifications?

Roosters already said at the end of last year they aren't letting O'Brien out of his contract.
