I reckon he is pretty good and could be our long term fullback. I also thought Mbye was pretty good in his first season.

Here is the thing Douiehi is fantastic under the high ball but lacks some pace and nous in the role. Mbye drops at least one high ball per game but is faster and offers better ball playing in the role. If you could combine the two you'd have a great fullback.

Douiehi is tough and tries hard. I'd be sticking with him. I think if he had JAC on the left wing he'd get some more support and his lack of pace would be less of an issue. I don't like moving him to the centres but maybe he can go well there. Maybe he'd go good at 6.

Aas @Tiger05 said, he's great under the highball, he's rarely dominated on the kick return and he has a nice passing game, but he's not quick and he's not a natural ball runner. Not sure what his best position is, whether it's in the halves or the centres and while I don't think fullback is his best position, he's the least worst option I've seen play fullback at our club at the moment.

This must be one of the dumbest threads of all time. Some of the comments are gold and not in a good way.
Very silly thread. There is much upside with AD.Admittedly he had been found wanting at fullback a specialist position requiring speed however he is a smart player who will b a big asset for us playing at 5/8 or centre.

I reckon he can play fullback as well. He isn't a complete player yet. He does lack some pace as well. He has a lot of upside though.

If he stays in the centres he needs a lot of work on his defense there.

The thing is you work with AD because he has some talent plus heart.

He read the start of the thread and then he had a f**king night out!

The problem with a dougie is that as soon he leaves us he becomes a young Will Smith or three quarters of a Munster.

Prone to the odd panic attack, hates pressure, a clutch players bitch.

He’s going well.
