I suspect that the team is lacking many things and consistency is the major issue. I believe that this has been a problem for our team for many years now, 2014 was the only year where we played reasonably consistent win or lose.

WITH Sam The Crisps are almost last now!!! Just face facts: the Burgess Brothers [and that includes Sam] and Inglis have largely strangled the Salary Cap yet their production has collapsed. Sam earns much more than $800k from what I have read its almost $1m POUNDS per season. Sam has played strongly true but he is NOT a match winner. Yet this is what he is paid to do. Until this imbalance is confronted the team will likely be second last or last especially if Maguire remains Head Coach. They cannot afford to import any quality players.

Sam is getting a big amount of the money because of what he did in the 2014 grand final. But he isn't really worth that type of money. We got to stop paying overs for players, Sam is a good example but there are many more in our side Inglis, the Twins and Reynolds are taking up a lot of the salary cap which some fans don't understand that hurts us in signing players and that is why we have to sign the players we have these past 2 to 3 years.

All three are playing the best footy of their careers after leaving your club.

This means that players are not reaching their potential at your club, which usually comes down to coaching and man management.

It also means that the players who you are so fond of slagging off may have a bunch of unlocked potential.

It's true what you say though,in general, & I totally agree with you.

I believe Madge has been too long at Sths & seems bereft of new ideas.

If a new broom goes through Sths it should include the coach,IMO!!

i already posted a similar post earlier today you can add api koroisau,mcqueen,keary to the above although bully returned home to an under performing club because of family ties and is under performing himself the warriors have a similar poor recruitment strategy officer like us .
