I was amazed he went to work for him

I dont buy the idea that the Bulldogs job is just a poisoned chalice. It just looks that way because they're trash on the field, but a dud coach could just as easily be the factor there. They've purchased good players on paper and Gus is no more a factor there than he would have been here in the 2010s. It's obviously a challenge but probably not much more so than we would have been 10 years ago.
