Was it Hadley that talked about legal action that got the original sharks forum closed? I recall it happening but cannot recall the details?

I have posted on 3 forums with the same people.
The first was the sharks one
Then one similar to this that got shut down one day... I think that was the Hadley one you talk of.
Then this joint started around the same time as the demise of the last one.

I recall a post was left up telling people about this site.

Found the site thanks to finally getting the net at the parents house (still in high school at the time) and was looking for info on our new jersey and logo.

I think I recall havingy first Internet fight with him.
I posted how I thought the players should be given time to work out where
they were going to be playing.
It was in regards to schooling for there kids etc

He arked up about how the army get posted all over the country with little
warning.

I took to it with gusto if ... Do t know why really .

Still not sure why the farkin army was brought into it.

Now I am much better at Internet fighting.

Entertaining thread Newman.

Being that I was in the thick of the LU vs CSSC split, I can probably expand on it a bit more. It was a mix of LU wanting the CSSC to put links up on their website and the CSSC wanting to disassociate itself from the amusing but often very inflammatory discussion that goes on here to gain good favour from the Sharks football club. With the benefit of hindsight it was all a bit pointless. Anyway, that's how the 'secret' CSSC forum and the masons were born.

That forum was pretty active back in the day, but it's a complete ghost town now. Most of the regulars there have either migrated back here or on to SharksForever, or just lurk around the place. I've mostly been posting on SF as Garbs and just lurking about the place on LU and chipping in on the rare occasions I have something worthwhile to say... which isn't particularly often.

It was like all about footy.

So I just stayed in the asylum.
