I have it on pretty good mail that there was no 4th party involved. Ray Hadley is supposedly talking through his arse, which is no surprise.

Dunno but Hadley is only regurgitating a story that was on Sunrise this morning , I heard about the fourth party on the 6.30 news this morning long before hadley came on , Hadley might be claiming a scoop and if he is he is full of BS - wait we knew that anyway

A fourt person WAS interviewed. He took no part in the incident. He was home in bed in fact, but it is alleged that his phone is of interest to the police.

I think we should send it to the video ref. Put the footage on the big screen at Suncorp this weekend let Russell Smith and Bill Harrigan replay it 10-15 times, get Gus Gould go "NO NO NO NO" , allow Ben Ikin give his QLD biased opinion.

DECISION>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Benefit of the Doubt to Brisbane Broncos

The bad press is enough for me to sue her personally. If innocent, the crap she has brought our club should not go unpunished. It probably won't happen due to the time and it probably would be a waste of resources. The opinon of Razor does not count JW!

I would love to see the Broncos be stupid enough to try and sue her. All they would end up doing is dragging the conduct of their own players through the mud. Every girl that has been slighted by them will come out of the woodwork.

The police will only charge people when they have a high expectation of a conviction. If the story was true that she consented first but changed her mind it would be a hard case to win, unless there is video evidence as all it is is he said she said. So they will not charge the players.

That does not mean it did not happen, just they can not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. It would be hard as most people on here have already pinned the girl in an unsavory manor, which the defense will also do on the stand. Who would want to go through that sometimes it is easier to backout and prevent future pain.

Do people remember OJ and his settlement after being found not guilty? Even if the police refuse to charge him she can sue herself if that is what she wants to do.

lol the Broncos won't be suing anyone, don't get caught up in locky's madness.

I'm very interested slash nervous to see what the internal investigation finds. Apparently the claims that they were thrown out of another hotel earlier in the day are false and assuming players were given the ok to drink on the weekend there's probably not a lot the club can pin on them if the complaint is withdrawn from the woman.

The club would have my full support if it did decide to sack or stand down any of the players if found to be in breach of the code of conduct regardless of how far back it would set us.

I don't think anyone should be taking Locky seriously.
Most of his contribution has been about Darius Boyd's 'package' and he has a 16 year old teenibopper in his avatar.

OMG! I take back my insults to you. You are actually a reasonablely minded individual. Well well, I misjudged you and apologise

Suing her may stop other s from making false accusations (if they turn out this way). Plus it may hit her in the pocket which is good. Shorty, what has Darius' "package" or Tom Williams got to do with this!

If this blows over with no charges or charges dropped (ie. the usual NRL rape allegation scandal) the Broncos should give this chick a ticket to a game then stick her up on the big screen then read out her allegations to the crowd.

Brisbane chief executive Bruno Cullen yesterday met detectives investigating the allegations made by a 24-year-old woman, who told police she was sexually assaulted in the male toilets of the Alhambra Lounge in inner-city FortitudeValley on Saturday night.

now, unless they dragged her in there, wtf was she doing in the male toilets (we all know what she was doing but it seems she gave consent here

after a group of up to eight players went on a lengthy drinking session upon their arrival back in Brisbane on Saturday following the previous night's defeat of Sydney Roosters.

8!! Seriously? 8?!?!

Wtf are they doing? They’re 2 weeks from the grand final!!!!

Under the club's internal code of conduct, none of the players has breached regulations by going on a drinking binge because they had been given the weekend off. They may, however, find themselves in hot water if allegations of spitting at members of the public, groping women or queue jumping at taxi stands are proved. One Broncos player has developed quite a reputation as a party animal and the club is concerned he is influencing young teammates. Without the core group of senior players
Brisbane once relied on to keep the team on the straight and narrow, a drinking culture has emerged, with players regularly embarking on all-day sessions.

k, this looks pretty bad. Who’s the “party animal” they’re referring to? I’d be a bit nervous if I was him.

Griffith University's Michael Jeh, told ABC radio the club should "take a stand" and suspend the trio for binge drinking, regardless of the investigation's outcome.

Yew! Go Griffith! :D

No charges does not mean someone is innocent. Is it that hard to comprehend?

Why would they make a big deal of it if it has blown over? The club has already been made to look bad why try and alienate more people who have more common sense than you?

Why not, if innocent they have every right to sue her

People are never found innocent. They're found "not guilty", which means that there isn't enough evidence to find them guilty. It's very hard to prove sexual assault or rape which is why very few victims come forward. Unless they can prove she didn't consent, then they'd have no case to sue her.

I have it on pretty good mail that there was no 4th party involved. Ray Hadley is supposedly talking through his arse, which is no surprise.

it was reported there was a 4th player several days ago. Even the article that named the 3 said it was "The Broncos quartet", and then named 3 players.

Do people remember OJ and his settlement after being found not guilty? Even if the police refuse to charge him she can sue herself if that is what she wants to do.

Because civil cases require less burden of proof than criminal cases.

it would be real hard if you examined her. you think women can somehow have sex and still remain a virgin

if nobody is charged then they should be regarded as innocent.
