Hey Guys/Ladies.

Panthers have given him their famous you sign by Monday(With Garrett Crossman it was by the end of a plane flight!) or look elsewhere.

We have Carney off contract around a $100k, Smith $120k and possibly Kidley as well $150k.

To me a player like him is what we are missing off the bench a player who can bust tackles put on hits and really send the fear of god in there.

Davico maybe that person but thats only til the end of next season a player like Pritchard could be a handy buy IMO.

Thoughts.

We need to bolster our backline more than anything

unless we want to have Pritchard running on the wing, I would say probably not

Pritchard is talking like he wants mega bucks, I'd say he'll end up at Souths.

We need the next generation of outside backs, we need a replacement for Carney and Gids.

We need to find a strike type player, perhaps Tahu wants to come back after next year?

Is there anyone in the lower grades that could be fast tracked?

I just dont see any players that we have with a lot of mongrel in them thats all we have tonnes of workhorses but no real enforcers except for Perry and with the amount of time that he spends on the sidelines its ridiculous.

With the amount of penalties and the amount of strife you can get in these days enforcers are overated. Most of them spend their times on the sidelines.

Definatly not Blue Knight,

He has a good step and great speed but he can't handle being tackled by real men. He was injured his first 5 minutes on the PL side. But I heard that he wasn't even injured he just got the wind knocked out of him and now he is scared of the big boys. Hence the reason he hasn't been back and they have bought gordo into the PL side.

Uate was meant to be the next big thing, IMO definalty NOT! We need someone who can give just as good as they get.

That's because he's not one yet... he's still a kid.

Give him a bit of time to grow into his talent. I haven't seen a kid look so good in the outside backs since Timana Tahu was playing for Cardiff High.

He will be a superstar.

No, he's playing NSW Under 19's this week. Hence why he's unavailable for PL.

Thats my whole point, he is still a kid so he can't handle being tackled by men. But they were saying to put him in first grade next year that won't be any good for him he will get injured straight away.

I think he's over rated. Handy player but not worth what he will be asking. Penrith have apparently offered $1 mil over 4 years - his a bench player FFS.

We already have an overpaid benchy in Reynoldson. We don't need another one.

Widders>Pritchard

I would rather spend the amount of money that we could be throwing at Pritchard for a quality outside back and Widders.

I don't think people are paying this bloke enough respect, I've seen him play since he came into grade in 2003 (i think) and he is POTENTIALLY a more devastating ball runner than anyone we have, he's just very rough around the edges. The guy is a quicker version of Anthony Tupou IMO. Still at 250 or 260k a year I don't think we could afford him especially with REyno on that money, though I'd gladly swap him for Reyno, atleast he can actually make breaks and offload.

Thinking about it the money is a bit steep.
