Parramatta Leagues, one of the most progressive and dynamic Clubs in Sydney’s North West, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail focussed individual to join its Executive Management Team.

The key objectives of the role will see you being responsible for developing both internal and external marketing and communications strategies, including branding, PR, material production and advertising; the development of direct marketing campaigns, and monitoring the success of marketing activities with a particular focus on ROMI analysis.​

Key requirements for this role will include:

• Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns
• Relationship building with stakeholders in local business and the community
• Management of the Club’s internal branding and PR activities
• Effective issue management and tactical response implementation
• Management of corporate projects from design to implementation and analysis
• Provision of leadership and vision to marketing team

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

• Superior communication skills
• Exceptional copywriting ability
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns
• Honesty, punctuality and be well presented
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related field

You will be in charge of overseeing the entire Food and Beverage Operations, ensuring outlets are operated to full potential. You will be also in charge of the development of the food and beverage team. You will be already a Food and Beverage Manager looking for a new challenge, preferably with experience in an international hotel operation or conference centre. You will have a passion for food and wine in order to create high standards of wowing our members and guests at every opportunity.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:-

• Superior communication skills;
• Managing daily operations of food and beverage service outlets;
• Monthly Financial reporting
• Managing and nurturing relationships with BOH and FOH staff;
• Hands on management style, leading by example
• Be able to work under pressure and be able to multi task;
• Attention to detail;
• Be honest, punctual and well presented.
