Playing out of homebush for ten years has helped bulldog's broad support?!

I actually mentioned earlier that Homebush isn’t great because it is too big. Nevertheless, they would still be getting bigger crowds and more money playing there then they would at Belmore

You have no idea about Sydney & NRL here

Again you are deflecting. You haven’t come up with an alternative. If the state government isn’t going to pay for all the upkeep of all these stadiums, what’s the alternative?

Accor is a terrible stadium and dogs have done well to get as many as they do, as have souths. It’s a soulless place that sucks the atmosphere out of any game. Sooner it is abandoned as a club stadium the better! The answer is not to move to a suburban dump though.

Exactly. It may have worked if the state government actually went with their original planning but the idea that the state government is continually up keeping every stadium in Sydney to satisfy every club is incredibly naive and without precedent anywhere.

Hahaha. Bulldogs more to much newer stadium located in geographic center of Sydney but doesn't increase their support or crowds. Blows up everything u saying

It’s been a positive for parramatta because it’s in parramatta

it hasn’t been a positive for the dogs or tigers …. Who aren’t from parramatta

So you think the government is going to tip money into stadiums for the Dogs, Tigers, Manly, Sharks, Dragons?

How old r u?! Big, newer, shiner isn't better. Time after time fans by way of polls show they prefer suburban grounds which give connection to history & identity for local clubs.

You think Parra fans think that?

Cumberland Oval.

Honestly, do you really think fans would prefer the 70's version of attending matches?

Lol.
How about we demolish Commbank and return it to Cumberland Oval?
Well, that is what Leichhardt is atm. And Brookvale. And Shark Park. And Kogarah. Our grounds (I won't even call them stadiums) are an embarrassment.

They will never understand how NRL works in Sydney

All of your arguments don’t matter unless the government is willing to tip money into upkeeping stadiums for the Sharks. Dragons, Manly, Bulldogs and Tigers.

Now let’s deal in reality. Is that going to happen?

Probably not but that’s the best solution for rugby league

And if they didn’t spend 850 million on Allianz could have been easily achievable

alllianz at 42k is for wallabies and Socceroos games and nothing else

This coming from perth red, who loves to watch Storm vs Melbourne, and can't wait for the 18th team to be announced and to be WA

I'm sorry, but @Perth Red makes valid points about Sydney's stadium infrastructure and for the better. It's a shame that so many Sydneysider's can't see that he is right.

Genius, all Melbourne afl teams located within walking distance from each other. Rest of Melbourne doesn't have local teams. Sydney & NRL is opposite

Again though you’re deflecting. It is not like those sides haven’t got support from all across Melbourne. Maybe that is because they didn’t think oh well we’ll only look for supporters in Essendon or Carlton.

Maybe Sydney sides need to think the same way rather than sitting on their hands and thinking the state government will build them all stadiums
