South Island if they get in will have that as a main stadium plus Dunedin as a secondary stadium, spoilt.

Ah ok, afaik know there’s nothing in particular under the northern end, isn’t that the family hill? The sewer main is definitely under the southern end adjoining Howell OvalThink it’s the northern one but yeh

It’s tough though because especially in Australia I think you’ll find most of the regional grounds that have any sort of spectator capacity will be ovals, do we just brush regional footy entirely? I do think though that not having them as night games would help, night footy on big ovals with small crowds just looks terrible.
