Read it again champ. I'm saying there isn't much you can do about Accor's location unless you want to abandon the site and build a new stadium elsewhere (which they won't). You just make do with what's there.
I doubt you actually went but I'll humor you.
If you have budget of let's say $3 billion to spend on a new stadium. With that money you can either build a basic 80-90k stadium that will do the job but won't be anything special, or you can build a 60-70k stadium that's a much better experience for spectators but obviously comes with a lower capacity.
I think 75,000 capacity is a great compromise for a large modern stadium while maintaining sight lines and atmosphere.
ability to utilise club mode options for 25,000 and 50,000 capacity.
Translucent roof,SoFi style would round it off.
For Accors location, its ideal for Sydney.
Its right in the centre of demographic Sydney.
The problem for transport has always been based on the fact that it was created for large crowds and event mode transport (direct trains from central).
If its not an event, the sprint platform from Lidcombe is not ideal.
The new metro will be a game changer for Accor and the surrounding Olympic Park.
Add in light rail, buses, train, metro and even ferries,Olympic Park will be one of the best served public transport sporting hubs in Australia.
