I'm not sure why. There old man was tough, a farmer, I think had back issues which he played through. Maybe Mrs Marsh is made of chalk. Her boys are Big Weak Men.

The toughest out of the Marsh children is Melissa Marsh because both of the boys are made of glass.

Dharwin injured in the nets, retired hurt, Kleenex in.

I'm not sure of the rules but if you're injured off the field does it count as a retired hurt?

1.Substitutes and Runners

(a) If the umpires are satisfied that a nominated player has been injured or become ill since the nomination of the players, they shall allow that player to have,

(i) a substitute acting for him in the field.

(ii) a runner when batting.

Any injury or illness that occurs at any time after the nomination of the players until the conclusion of the match shall be allowable, irrespective of whether play is in progress or not.

(b) The umpires shall have discretion to allow, for other wholly acceptable reasons, a substitute fielder or a runner to act for a nominated player, at the start of the match, or at any subsequent time.

(c) A player wishing to change his shirt, boots, etc. shall leave the field to do so. No substitute shall be allowed for him.

Yes, he can be retired hurt.

(c) A player wishing to change his shirt, boots, etc. shall leave the field to do so. No substitute shall be allowed for him.

This part of the law is never applied but should be.

We will win this test or it will be a draw - nothing surer

Its a batting belter, we wont get them out today.

Doubt they will declare overnight, even if they have 350 on the board.
