What happened to "There's no point in replying to anything you've said as it's 90% speculation." that only lasted 21 minutes.

No tears here, Im actually looking forward to a Latu/Luai dynasty but nothing I have said based on speculation it is based on things I know as fact because I am working from a different body of evidence and knowledge than you....which is actually pretty stable.
Oh so you know more than what the rest of us do? Well go on, please tell us.

Says the guy having a meltdown over a guy going into bat for the club he supports … lol

you’d have to be pretty thick to not understand the dominoes that are about to fall
Lol what? They're the one who read every comment in this thread and then went on a tangent with paragraphs worth of replies.

Just cope man. Deal with the fact that young players don't think the Tigers can develop them.

Hmmm maybe I'm biased because he's a merkin of a bloke.

Austin never improved from his Penrith days.
I think it was a thing post Fittler when he fumbled a bunch of young halves(Soward and another who I can't name but had heaps of hype). Don't remeber much from his Sharks days other than moving Bird to 5/8 which was mostly successful.

Not saying he's the best, just his recent CV isn't the worst.

Austin was amazing in 2015 but proved to be a one trick pony and couldn't evolve his game. Defensively trash as well.

Yeah and despite that I still loved watching Austin play

Lol teams lose juniors all the time. It’s more of a story when it’s the tigers because we’ve been dog shit for years

He won’t be missed. I’d say he’s played 1 good half of footy this year and that’s it (1st half v Brisbane)

Yeah but only the Tigers lose juniors because they don't think they can best develop their game at the Tigers.

Ive been critical of Benji previously but at the end of the day, under Benji, are the Tigers getting better or worse?

Is the team growing and developing or declining. It’s still early days in this season but that answer can still be answered and ultimately that is the answer on Benji at this stage.
Doesn’t this season look like all of the Tigers seasons over the last few years. Big money signings look good initially, but quickly recede.

2024 we had a round 1 bye and won games in rounds 3 and 4, followed by 9 losses, 2023 we lost 7 games to start the season & 2022 we lost 5. 2021 we won 1/7 to start.

You would probably need to go back to 2018 for the last time we genuinely had a strong start to a season.

Ricky is probably the worst halves coach in the game

I have to agree. Ricky's killed more halfback careers as a coach than just about any other coach I can think of. He expects all his halfbacks to play exactly like he did in his hey day, whether they are suited to that playing style or not.
