Burton is injured and destined to play lock ;)
I reckon this is part of the dogs plan in that they can play Burton at lock..Gould & Moses are a law unto themselves.Theyve done the deal to get G to Belmore. The profound disrespect & brazen way the lowlife Moses told tigers that G won’t be remaining at Concord & has undermined Benji glaringly suggests he wants him out asap as he has done a gargantuan $ deal elsewhere. The obnoxious grub has this time fkd up in how he has played this in that he isn’t dealing with softcocks like hag & Pascoe but a ruthless leader in Richo & coz G isn’t costing us much we hold the aces & we can justify playing the naive G in lower grades for the next 18 mths.

With this Galvin issue there has been a lot of speculation and hearsay of what Galvin has said and wants. For his position at the WT to remain tenable he needs to address the team and explain himself to Benji and his team mates. If he is unhappy fine, leave but don't come up with lame excuses blaming people like Benji for your own short comings.

Totally agree & anyone with a shred of decency & pride would explain himself. However it ain’t happening coz the verminous agent has done a deal elsewhere & hence wants G out of Concord immediately

Galvin and Luai have played five games together, so it's not as if dropping Galvin is going to break an established partnership. Get Latu in there asap when he is fit and in the grand scheme of things not a lot of ground has been lost.
When we signed him, most people thought Latu was the best junior. Galvin was actually a surprise pick last year to start. From the small sample pieces we have seen, I don't think we are losing much, if anything. Plus from what we read today I think having Latu in the team will be a huge benefit regarding team harmony.

Dead right....Luai has been the one driving this team and even if Galvin turns into a superstar so what?!...there'll be 15 other teams that won't have him either.....

Parramatta is my bet. The coach shit would probably have been a silly idea from his management to deflect

Maybe but Gould has put too much work into it not to be the Dogs...the final piece in place for me was when he publicly tried pressuring us NOT to throw a spanner in the works by offering Galvin big money saying...that will come later!...yeah later when he has him

At 19 and you knock back a million for 5 years, no one in their right mind would do that unless they have had another offer.

There are a lot of really dumb people out there. Really freaken stupid. Look at America. I mean I have never in my life seen such incompetence.

Thinking back to a lot of Benji's and Luai's replies to questions about Galvin ( including at the presser) I'm starting to wonder if Galvin CANT be coached...Benji just keeps saying he's a footballer so we just let him play and Jarome has never really confirmed that Galvin is eager to learn etc etc. Watching back again to where Luai ( his captain!) rebuked him for throwing the dumb early tackle forward and out pass, Galvin pretty much brushed it aside and trotted off. Maybe Benj can't coach him but not for the reason people think...maybe this 19 year old who's only known winning junior teams doesn't think he has anything to learn

Reserve grade or nothing for me.

Richo and probably Benji are pushing the "we only want players who want to play for the Tigers" and fair enough, so reserve grade or even nothing for Galvin

Is it in the rules, to ask a club to give us money so they can have him now, bit like the transfer system in European soccer?
