I thin it was more the threat, the club has a lot of sponsors on board, who may not like the club being dragged through the mud, with their name associated with it?

If you're feeling down about the galvin saga, and want something to lift your spirits, have a quick look at the parra forum.
The term used by the young kids of today, I believe, is 'butthurt"
I've been having a little peek, many are in melt down about the little arsewipe now, where a few days ago, he was the second coming. So good.

It's all over now. I hope we can get some positive media when we belt North Queensland.
Sukkar's signing is a positive one. He's played some good footy recently.

I read this and I think this is BS. It's just the manager using the law to put pressure on us.

It's over now and I would have just cut my losses as well but I see this as playing the game to get Galvin released. They won as well.
Yep I'm over it too.
LG versus Luai, Dogs v Tigers, going to be interesting viewing when they play against each other.
Also I'm looking forward to seeing our body language next game and Latu' involvement.

It's started, will they implode?
If Gal doesn't show up, the doggies fans will have him and Gould for breakfast.

It doesn't matter what happened behind closed doors, facts are that it was Luai, Turuva and to a lesser extent Api who were the public faces off the whole bullying saga.
Now he's going to a club who's 3 biggest names are Crichton, Burton and Kikau, this could get interesting.

I don't know if this was the instance, but a recall Luai staring daggers at him, when he did a shit kick early in the tackle round in one of our early games.

Even better. If gal shows up like he did here . . . not talking about the last 2 weeks . . . . but his usual sideways, stuttering, momentum murdering runs . . . then we'll see how happy they really are !
I don't think he'll be given gilded "pass it to gal" status, like he had here.
I can't wait for the mitch moses type tantrums. But at least moses can run a team.

And if gal's entry into the doggies team puts, say Burton, out of his favoured position and he ain't real happy about it . . . Chrichton and Kikau are gonna stick up for their bro, and the contempt they will hold gal with won't be held back like it probably was here.
I honestly can't wait to see the change in Luai. I'm no expert, but for sure and certain he was directed to hold back and favour and supply galvin at almost every opportunity. The first 2 games were as blatant as could be.
Hopefully Jarome is free of the shackles of propping up the crybaby, and we can see more of what made him a success at the riff. We obviously need Latu back and healthy asap.
I'd love for them to have an instant connection so everyone is saying that we're better off without gal.

He's also going to a club who are defending actual court action for.............bullying. Funny how selective the memory can be. Especially when your own claims are a figment of your imagination

Imagine if all this was a tactical FU to Isaac Moses and we reject every offer Bulldogs make for us to release Glavin. Keep it going well into next year purely to stop clubs trying to f**k us like this again
