I would say Ireland and Bangladesh are about on par but what is certainly true is Ireland have done VASTLY more than Bangladesh ever did to get test status.

They are useless AM, the quicker they are out of the test nations the better. Ireland are better.

Well they beat Ireland for starters and now they've beaten England. They can't be that bad mate.

England never lost to Canada. If you're referring to the warm up game, England won that by 16 runs.
